Nubielena Medina

Nubielena “Nubie” Medina is the Principal of NMG Consulting, a public relations, strategic communications, and branding agency. With over 24 years of experience, she founded and leads a successful, award-winning firm. Previously, she managed corporate communications for Visa International in the Latin America and Caribbean region, forging strategic alliances for cultural and
educational initiatives. Her international experience, multilingual abilities, and multi-cultural perspective set her apart. Recognized as one of South Florida’s 100 Latinos, she has contributed to several prominent boards. A passionate traveler and foodie, Nubie enjoys cooking for her family and exploring new experiences. She is also dedicated to mentoring young people and promoting the arts.

With a deep commitment to supporting small businesses, Stacy Alonso leads JS Alonso Accounting as President, providing expert bookkeeping and personalized QuickBooks training. She focuses exclusively on small companies, offering one-on-one guidance to help clients gain clarity and confidence in managing their finances. After founding her firm, Stacy has continued to grow professionally while empowering others to take control of their financial future. She serves as Treasurer for the local Scleroderma Foundation chapter and as President of Profit Inc., a business networking group. In her free time, Stacy enjoys traveling—most recently to Africa—reading, and volunteering for causes supporting individuals with disabilities and animals.

Making a positive impact is at the core of Nadya Gribanova’s vision, dedicating her energy to supporting meaningful causes. She serves as the 2nd Vice President of Communications and Membership Management at the Doral West Dade Woman’s Club. Additionally, Nadya is a Real Estate Agent with Fortune Christie’s International Real Estate, specializing in commercial and residential sales and leasing. One of her proudest achievements is her diverse career journey—from working in Labor and Delivery at a hospital to assisting high-end restaurant owners as a business assistant and becoming a business owner herself. Nadya believes that each person’s unique energy sets them apart. Outside of work, she enjoys unwinding through Pilates.

Recording Secretary & Communications and Marketing

Jeneissy is the Chief Marketing & Education Officer at South Florida PBS – WPBT, WXEL & Health Channel. She oversees marketing strategies for WPBT, WXEL, Health Channel, and South Florida PBS Kids. She collaborates with school districts, universities, and organizations to create innovative educational experiences through public media that engage diverse audiences. Jeneissy was selected for the 2025 Leadership Florida Education Class and graduated in Women in Public Media in Leadership in 2023. Outside of work, she plays tennis, travels extensively, and enjoys films, books, dining, and fashion. She is the mother of three grown children and enjoys spending time with her four grandchildren.

Marti Bueso

Marti Bueso is a Commission Aide for the Miami Dade County Chairman’s office, overseeing Constituent Services, Special Events, and Senior Adult Center activities. Over the past 40 years, her greatest accomplishment has been managing the Executives' Association of Greater Miami and leading the creation of the International Executives' Association. Marti excels at connecting with people and solving concerns, fueling her passion for volunteering, including drives for A Safe Haven for Newborns. She has received multiple awards, including recognition from the Junior Orange Bowl Committee, as well as "Outstanding Citizen" and "Outstanding Community Service".  Marti enjoys family reunions, travel, orchids, photography, and spending time with grandchildren.

Ruth Martinez

As GFWC FL District 11 Director, Ruth Martinez supports 13 South Florida clubs, championing their
mission of community service. Her diverse career spans roles across the U.S. and abroad, offering her a rich perspective on global cultures. Ruth’s proudest achievement is founding the U.S.-Mexico Educational and Cultural Foundation and serving as COO of the U.S.-Mexico Chamber of Commerce in Washington, DC. In 2023, she was named Coral Gables Citizen of the Year and received the Paul Harris Fellow and National Philanthropy Day awards. When not leading or giving back, Ruth recharges through Zumba, gardening, traveling and spending time with loved ones.
